Terms

These terms govern your use of Mefolio (mefolio.co), a service that lets models and photographers publish portfolio pages and deliver photo sessions through private links. Mefolio is operated by Nitec Group Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Uncalı Mah. Toroslar Cad. İncedağ Konutları G Blok No:72/F, 07050 Konyaaltı / Antalya, Türkiye (Antalya Kurumlar V.D. 6311446081, MERSİS 0631144608100001) — "Mefolio", "we", "us". By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Pages of people under 18 are not allowed.
• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Give accurate information about yourself. One person, one account. You may not impersonate anyone or create a page for someone else without their written permission.
• Your link (mefolio.co/yourname) is yours while your account is active. We may reclaim a link that infringes someone's name or trademark, or that has been inactive for a long time.

2. Review before publishing

Every page is reviewed before it becomes public. We may ask for changes, decline a page, or take a published page down if it breaks these terms or our content rules. Approval is not an endorsement of you or your work.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos, text and other material you upload ("content").
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, resize, display and transmit your content only to run Mefolio — to show your page, links, comp card and deliveries to the people you share them with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups or where the law requires us to keep them.
• Upload only content you have the right to use. For photos taken by someone else, you confirm you have the photographer's permission to show them, and you credit them where Mefolio lets you.
• You are responsible for the people who appear in your content and for having their consent.

4. Deliveries between photographers and models

• A photographer who delivers a session through Mefolio lets the recipient view it, select frames and, if the photographer allows downloads, download them.
• By delivering through Mefolio the photographer also agrees that the recipient may add selected frames to her or his own Mefolio page, with the photographer's credit attached — unless they have agreed otherwise between themselves. Any other use (advertising, resale, editing beyond normal cropping) is a matter between the photographer and the model.
• Mefolio is not a party to agreements between photographers, models, agencies or clients, and is not responsible for bookings, fees or usage rights agreed between them.

5. Plans and payment

During the launch period Mefolio is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the prices on mefolio.co/pricing and tell existing users by email well before any charge applies; nothing is charged without your action. Paid plans are prepaid for the period you choose and do not renew automatically unless the payment page clearly says so. Refunds follow our refund policy. If a plan ends, your page is hidden — not deleted — until you renew.

6. What you may not do

• Break the law, our content rules, or anyone else's rights.
• Use Mefolio to offer sexual services, escort services or adult content.
• Harass, threaten or deceive other users or the people who contact them.
• Scrape, copy or bulk-download pages; interfere with the service; try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Resell the service or use it to send spam.

7. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your page, photos, links and messages are removed. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable, or immediately where there is a risk to others or a legal obligation.

8. Availability and liability

• We work to keep Mefolio running and your content safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of your photos.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost bookings or income), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Reports and notices

If content on Mefolio infringes your rights or breaks our rules, use the "Report" link on the page or write to info@mefolio.co with the page address and the reason. We review every report.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in your panel before they take effect. If you keep using Mefolio after that, the new terms apply.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Antalya courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or courts available to you.
