Contrat de vente à distance

This contract is made electronically between you and us when you buy a paid Mefolio plan. It takes effect when you tick the box on the payment screen and complete the payment. For consumers in Türkiye, this page is also the pre-contractual information form under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Buyer: the holder of the Mefolio account; name and email are those in the account and order records.

2. Subject

The sale of access to the digital service the seller provides at mefolio.co — portfolio page, selection links, delivery galleries, opened alerts and the other features listed on the pricing page — for the period the buyer chooses (monthly or yearly). No physical product is shipped.

3. Price and payment

• The price is the amount shown on the pricing page and the payment screen at the time of the order, taxes included. The total is shown clearly before you pay.
• Payment is made in advance by credit or debit card (through the licensed payment institution iyzico) or by bank transfer. The seller never sees or stores card details.
• Plans do not renew by themselves unless the payment screen clearly says otherwise; nothing is charged at the end of the period.

4. Performance and delivery

The service is delivered online. With a card, the plan is activated on the buyer's account as soon as the payment is approved; with a bank transfer, once the amount reaches the seller's account and is matched with the order reference (MF-…). 5. Withdrawal and refunds

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to services performed instantly online. Even so, the seller gives every buyer a full refund on request within 14 days of payment, no reason needed. Write to info@mefolio.co from the email on your account with the order reference; the refund is sent to the card or account the payment came from within 14 days of the request.

6. Obligations

The seller provides the service with reasonable care for the paid period. The buyer follows the terms and content rules; if an account is closed for a serious breach, the unused period may not be refunded, to the extent the law allows.

7. Personal data

Personal data needed for the order and payment is processed under the Privacy Policy (and, in Türkiye, the KVKK notice).

8. Disputes

Complaints go first to info@mefolio.co. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their or the seller's place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade. Consumers elsewhere keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country.

9. Effect and records

Before paying, the buyer confirms having read and accepted this contract and the pre-contractual information electronically. The seller keeps the contract and order records; the buyer can get a copy at any time from this page and the order email.
